Taking over the old Pushcart Coffee space, Ice & Vice is the first brick-and-mortar incarnation of the Vendy-winning stall frequently seen on the food-market scene, founded by former businessmen Paul Kim and Ken Lo in 2015. The duo built the space to be part ice cream parlor and part dairy plant, with the ability to pasteurize and create 15 gallons of product at a time. Today they pride themselves on being an experimental ice cream shop that handcrafts their ice cream in small, customized batches, in order to push the boundaries of what frozen dessert can be.
